We are providing with the maps of the continents and pictures to match each continent. In tag paper, you can paste each continent and place four spaces with velcro. Then, you can velcro the picture cards as well, and have students match the icons to the continents. This particular one is color-coded for the lower grades, however, feel free to change it for upper grades. 
We create a traveling work station, where we provide class passports. Also, we give pretend cameras and we decorate the work station with pictures from all over the world. The students pretend they are traveling and they write what they see in their traveling journal.Here are the passport and camera templates.
